This workshop provides exercises to help teams tackle each dysfunction to build trust, make embracing debate more comfortable, introduce collaboration over personal results for complex problem solving, and enhance commitment and accountability.
Building a High-Performing Team uses The Five Dysfunctions of a Team on-line assessment tool to measure how the team ranks in each category. Teams examine their results and through coach-supported discussion, explore how members’ behavioural and communication styles impact team cohesiveness. Your team will discover opportunities for growth and development and experience a new level of mindfulness. Ultimately, teams come to appreciate how modifying their mindset and behaviours can increase trust and commitment and directly impact team results.
Format: A 2-day interactive workshop for teams of 4 to 10. Includes an online assessment tool. Available in English and French.
