  • Challenging Fundamental Assumptions to Build Trust and Collaboration

Workplace culture can impact the ability to recruit, engage, and retain top talent. But, how is culture changed?  This workshop challenges the belief that workplace culture is a top-down reality,  and encourages participants at any level of the organization to be agents of change.

Challenging Fundamental Assumptions to Build Trust and Collaboration helps participants examine the unspoken assumptions they perpetuate in their workplace culture. These assumptions have a direct impact on morale and motivation, as well as on inter-personal and inter-departmental interactions. Participants are challenged to create a  shared  team charter  and define clear commitments and behaviours that will foster trust,  accountability, and collaboration, in order to create the workplace culture they desire.

Format: A 1-day workshop for small to large groups of up to 20. Available in English and French.
